Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Optimization
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Process Mapping, KPI development, and project management
  • Strong ability to build trust-based and productive relationships
  • Experience in multi-family Real Estate, hotel/hospitality, or other service-related businesses
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Solid and fact-based problem solving skills
  • Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong financial management skills

Preferred

Many of these strategies include new tools and technologies, introducing different ways of staffing and performing the work, and making improvements in processes to streamline workflows, promote resident loyalty, and increase operational efficiencies.The USPM Support Services Group (SSG) Team is comprised of the following business areas: Technology Property Accounting Marketing Flexible Living Learning & Development People & Culture/Human ResourcesThe SSG Team plays a critical role in supporting growth and operational excellence in the USPM business and prioritizes its Book of Work based upon USPM business needs. Set and adhere to budgetary allocation- Design a work plan for each team member depending upon project requirement and member expertise- Proactively share project updates to stakeholders as per demand and requirement- Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement- Be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution- Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met- Create and maintain detailed project documentation- Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks- Use the right tools and techniques for easier project management- Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget- Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project executionExperience building dynamic resource capacity models in alignment with ongoing reprioritization in SSG Book of WorkStrong ability to build trust-based and productive relationships with people with diverse backgrounds in disciplines, job levels, and personalities. Candidates should be very skilled at bringing together and mobilizing teams through long-term and complex projects, and keeping the team energized even through challenges and setbacks.Work history would preferably include multi-family Real Estate but may also include hotel/hospitality or other service-related businesses.The ideal candidate will have a very strong and detailed knowledge and understanding of Greystar and particularly the USPM business, including the vision and strategic direction of the business, key operational priorities, and the composition and characteristics of its team members.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills are essential for this position. Candidates must be exceptional at making dynamic and articulate presentations, and equally skilled at providing compelling updates and informative data-based reports, that include both the data and the implications and interpretations of data relative to Greystar.Persistent, thorough, and able to work through complex issues, even in “sticky” or politically-charged situations.
