  • Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends and capabilities to shape strategy and roadmaps.
  • Help to lead technology and data process roadmaps in partnership with engineering leaders.
  • Put customers first, as customer-advocate, improving digital ecosystem to create greater customer value.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years product management experience developing product strategy and with a proven track record of roadmap delivery
  • Experience leading project teams with multi-functional, multi-business, and/or distributed team members
  • Experience leading through data driven priorities and resources across a matrixed global organization
  • Experience working within an agile methodologies and frameworks

Preferred

  • Master’s degree
  • Strong customer and customer experience focus, proven understanding of digital technology enablement

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Platforms - fishersci.com Value Stream, this team member is responsible for implementing digital search experiences which support customer online journeys on Thermo Fisher Scientific digital web properties. This role will work with other product managers as well as across several businesses and global teams to deploy customer-relevant search and selection experiences. As a customer advocate, this role is responsible for ensuring a world-class search customer experience across the find, decide & support journeys. The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities of site search product development and be able to translate these needs into requirements for action by our development teams, further ensuring ensure alignment with search operations teams.
