Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years spent in people management roles, including managing other people managers
  • Experience in making and applying technology decisions within and across teams
  • Experience implementing selected technologies and managing multiple technical domains
  • Experience in infrastructure operations measured with KPIs and operating with clear service level and operational level agreements

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $272,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $187,500.00 to $262,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $300,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
