The Business Manager at HCL Technologies is responsible for managing the program, ensuring the integration and implementation of program elements meet the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards.   • Manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
  • Plan and ensure integration management (Solution) to meet the program objectives and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program.

Qualifications

Required

  • B-Tech degree
  • 7-12 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (APPS)-MsD-General-Technical-Business Analysis
