Covestic, a ServiceNow “Elite” Partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. This role involves leading and managing the implementation project team, overseeing the project SDLC, and facilitating communication and visibility into project status, issues, risks, and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as customer primary point of contact throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure successful delivery of the project, proactively managing scope, schedule, deliverables, financials, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes
  • Lead and manage the Covestic implementation project team
  • Oversee and facilitate the project SDLC (iNow), ensuring user stories and solutions are accurately documented and progress is actively monitored, managed and communicated to all stakeholders
  • Facilitate customer visibility into project status, issues, risks and decisions via multiple channels, to include daily stand-up meetings and weekly project status reports

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience leading at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow successful complex implementation projects/programs
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional services/consulting experience including Enterprise level
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with experience establishing and maintaining customer relationships, influencing and consulting
