  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the product portfolio to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for quarterly portfolio product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Sales Enablement Collaboration: Collaborate with sales enablement & sales content to ensure consistent and effective messaging adoption.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and support their efforts to close deals.
  • Team lead for a single junior Product Marketing Manager with potential for leadership growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product or portfolio marketing
  • Proven experience working in the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $137,900 - $206,900, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 15%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
