Responsibilities

  • Own the definition, delivery, enablement, and scheduling of all hardware and developer kits.
  • Partner with the platform team to drive system concepts to execution.
  • Develop delivery schedules, RMA policies, and other plans critical to enabling a thriving hardware and partner ecosystem.
  • Represent the needs of a diverse range of customers through all phases of the platform lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with various business units and end customers to lead Plans of Record for platform delivery.
  • Represent design wins and Go-To-Market processes with hardware vendors.
  • Align partners and their products in the market with strong use cases and messaging.
  • Develop marketing materials and technical documentation for the ecosystem beyond the sheet metal.
  • Own the analysis of product design trade-offs, BOM costs, RMA, reliability, and other system-level aspects.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical product or program manager in a multifaceted, fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Solid understanding of hardware and software components and configurations in the datacenter hardware and server ecosystem
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
