Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)
  • Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholders
  • Proven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreements
  • Strong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization, self-sourcing qualified pipeline, and mitigating risk across portfolio and pipeline
  • Experience managing teams in a high volume sales motion, selling to SMB and MM customers
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
