They have operated in the industry for over 25 years. With a substantial pipeline of projects in both the early and delivery phase, our client are actively looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager who will join an exceptionally talented division delivery projects across CAISO, WECC, SPP + MISO.Job DescriptionThe Senior Development Manager (Renewable energy) will be responsible for:Hands-on team leader and project developer.Personally develop a pipeline of utility scale solar, energy storage and other renewable energy technologies in either CAISO, SPP, WECC or MISO.Lead a growing team of project developers.Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams including land negotiations, real estate, engineering, permitting, legal and interconnection through construction commencement.Support M&A diligence and development efforts.Lead project strategy throughout the entire development process to achieve project & corporate goals.Ensure completion of any post-closing covenants or development activities performed by the project Seller.Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Manage contract obligations in key project documents.Coordinate closely with the cross-functional teams across the company.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
