The Senior IT Director of Supply Chain at Centric Brands is responsible for leading the IT strategy, delivery, and support of supply chain systems and processes across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship and performance of the IT vendors and service providers for the supply chain domain.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience in supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP AFS/retail or S4 Fashion, PLM, EDI, 3PL, Nexus Infor, and other supply chain systems and technologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior executives, business partners, IT peers, and external vendors.
  • Excellent organization skills, project management, resource planning, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred

  • Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks.

Manage the IT project portfolio for the supply chain domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within scope, budget, and timeline. Establish and maintain the IT governance framework, policies, and standards for the supply chain function, ensuring compliance, security, and best practices. Lead and mentor the IT team responsible for the supply chain systems and processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Act as an escalation point and take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within IT and business for timely delivery of the solution.Build, develop and retain IT talent and manage goals and performance reviews of team members.Manage the relationship and performance of the IT vendors and service providers for the supply chain domain, ensuring SLAs, contracts, and expectations are met. Our Best Fit Candidate Would HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of IT experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience, managing teams, budgets, and projects. Strong knowledge and experience with SAP AFS/retail or S4 Fashion, PLM, EDI, 3PL, Nexus Infor, and other supply chain systems and technologies. Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior executives, business partners, IT peers, and external vendors. Excellent organization skills, project management, resource planning, problem solving, and analytical skills. Experience working with onsite and offshore AMS providers Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks is a plus.
