  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

  • Ensure alignment of your team's work with the larger Data platform and analytic organization's roadmap.
  • Gather and define the requirements for researching and innovating new methods of data acquisition in the cloud.
  • Be the expert for customers, QA, support, sales, and other groups with questions about cloud native data infrastructure and products.
  • Manage dependencies across different teams and ensure features are delivered on time.
  • Triage, prioritize, and respond to customer issues and escalations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ needs, goals, and challenges to ensure successful adoption of Data Access products.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with technical architecture of cloud solutions & security
  • Conceptual understanding & knowledge of micro services, distributed systems, AWS, Big Data ecosystem
  • Cloud native software delivery experience
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity
  • Technical knowledge of big data & cloud technologies, services, tooling & infrastructure preferred
  • Experience working with different technologies used for data integration and data replication is preferred
  • Experience working with AWS and its native services, like EMR, Redshift, MSK is a plus

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
