Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
  • Experience leading one or more of the following: requirements validation/verification, functional integration, inter/intra-systems analysis, and Concept of Operations development
  • Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred

  • 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience communicating verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with model-based engineering (MBE) or model-based systems engineering (MBSE), including model-based process and tool application or development
  • Experience leading systems design, systems analysis and/or systems integration
