  • Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve issues timely.
  • Provide regular program updates to Global Stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure the quality of program outputs.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor programs for Global Partnerships workflows.
  • Drive efficiencies in existing vendor programs (e.g., contracting, location strategy).
  • Deliver polished presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with vendor management and running a global operations program.
  • 1 year of experience in vendor operations, managing vendor agreements.

Preferred

  • MBA degree.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
