  • Set an achieve financial targets for the P&L
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to monitor product performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop pricing strategies and conduct competitive analyses to maintain a competitive edge
  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience
  • or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education

Preferred

  • Financial product management experience – banking experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, specifically fee-based
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking products
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders
  • Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Strong sense of urgency and results oriented
  • Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and to develop creative, break-through approaches supporting improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies
