As a Sales Manager for new business at FrontApp, you will lead and develop a team of Small Business/Mid-Market Account Executives in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will directly impact the growth of the new business team, the development of your team, and Front’s success. Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop an accomplished team of full cycle small business and/or mid-market Account Executives
  • Develop and coach the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Drive outbound pipeline across your team through KPI management and rigor
  • Assist your team throughout their sales cycles to help them land new business ranging from tactical to highly complex/multi-stakeholder
  • Regularly report on both team and individual results and forecast your business with accuracy on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with peers and cross functionally to drive cohesive processes and ensure alignment

Qualifications

Required

  • This role is based in Chicago
  • Candidates must be in Chicago 2+ years
  • 2+ years of experience building and managing a high performing SaaS sales teams
  • Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as both a manager and as an individual contributor
  • Experience selling to Enterprise level accounts as an individual contributor or manager
  • Experience driving outbound pipeline and closing business of outbound origin
  • Experience managing and improving full cycle account executive KPIs
  • High level of business acumen

Preferred

  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing sellers
  • Previous experience selling into Customer Support
