  • Develop onboarding experience for Sales New Hires to reduce time to ramp and seller confidence
  • Create and maintain enablement content such as interactive workshops, on-demand courses, playbooks, simulations, resources, and on-the-job support
  • Identify, design, and maintain sales certification opportunities
  • Define and track Sales Enablement program success metrics aligned to sales organization's key performance indicators
  • Partner with key stakeholders to accelerate sales productivity and effectiveness

Qualifications

Required

  • 10 years of experience in enablement, training development, and/or program management for sales teams, resellers, and/or partners
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and familiarity with value based sales methodologies
  • Experience working in B2B and public sector
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong collaborative spirit and open to diverse perspectives

As a trusted advisor, program lead and builder, you will play a critical role in partnering with sales leadership, business ops, and other partners to translate key sales and business strategies into training programs and resources aimed at accelerating new account growth, deal velocity, and deal value for our sales team. This role is an on-site position based out of Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA.
