Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience building, training and leading top-notch enterprise sales teams within the SaaS vertical
  • 10+ years of experience primarily in direct sales but also channel sales to enterprise accounts
  • Deep experience selling a complex SaaS offering to IT Ops and/or DevOps leaders
  • Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management
  • Sales track record of leading teams to exceed quota objectives
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach to management and sales
  • Ability to forecast sales accurately and a commitment to achieve those figures
  • Bachelor’s Degree
