DATA RISK & PRIVACY MANAGER

Poste et missionsThe vp-level Data Risk & Privacy Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and operation of the Natixis CIB Americas Data Risk Management and Privacy program. This role will work closely with the Information Security, Legal, and Compliance functions to establish data management, data protection, and privacy capabilities compliant with regulatory/legal requirements. Implements the Data Risk Management and Privacy program. Duties include and are not limited to:Set standards and review policies and procedures that meet the requirements of local regulations across all countries of operation.Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with all Data Risk Management and Privacy policies and procedures. Continuous monitoring of changes to local laws and regulationsConduct independent assessments on the accuracy, completeness, and adequacy of firms data management, data protection, and privacy operationsParticipate in data management, data protection, and privacy risk tracking, trending, analysis, and reportingDevelop and deliver privacy training to various business functions.The salary range for this position will be between $140,000 - $170,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.Profil et compétences requises• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration or Risk Management (or equivalent professional qualification), Master’s Degree desirable• 6+ years’ experience specifically related to Privacy and/or Technology Risk Management• Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is required • Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations and major privacy frameworks• Experience with GRC tools and other risk management information systems is preferred • Proven track record for managing and enhancing control processes• Experience in developing and implementing risk management programs• Experience interacting with regulators, preferably FRB, NYDFS, CFTC, FINRA, SEC, etc.• Demonstrated ability to drive projects • Effective verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills• Industry recognized certifications for Data Protection and/or Privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, ISEB, etc.) considered a plus
