Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or marketing technology sectors.
  • Digital advertising and media experience in support of pharmaceutical products.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators generally accepted by pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Product management experience for self-service platform workflows and in advertising technology (DSP, DMP, SSP, exchange, ad server, etc).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering commercial products that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
