CACI is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA, for the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) program management office (PMO) support services. Responsibilities

  • Manage workload and ensure deliverables are analyzed.
  • Manage the Security Working Group for all areas of Information Security.
  • Support the PM on key projects such as HQ move to TSA and 7th & D Renovations.
  • Provide support to the PKI Program and the DISA Common Service Provider (CSP) Governance Board.
  • Support team on all data calls from the National Security Agency.
  • Review all third-party deliverables.
  • Develop plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, and providing regular status updates.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans.
  • Monitor task progress and performance, adjusting plans and resources as needed.
  • Ensure task deliverables meet quality control standards and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Existing DOD Secret Clearance
  • Ability to attain DHS EODBA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience
  • 3+ years managing staff
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

Preferred

  • PMP certification

You will be part of a dynamic team of process specialists, project managers, security specialists and financial analysts driving the deployment and expanded support capabilities of the HSDN environment.
