  • Manage a portfolio of ad tech / digital media-related partners focusing on paid and media optimization.
  • Lead the GTM plan for managed partners and maintain a qualitative/quantitative scorecard for each.
  • Lead the execution, enablement, pipeline, and revenue goals for accounts.
  • Improve partners through enablement and education to become advocates for Amperity.
  • Provide partner management to ensure ISV partners develop their sales capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to guide partner channel marketing activities.
  • Partner with leaders across departments to define partner strategy and marketing.
  • Manage complex alliances with diverse team members.
  • Present to executive level clients.
  • Navigate and negotiate through the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Familiarity with contracts and building legal agreements.
  • Strategize with team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 12 years of partnership/business development experience with revenue accomplishments.
  • Experience creating and leading channel strategy with ad-related partners.
  • Required experience managing revenue-related partnerships with ISVs.
  • Knowledge of ad-tech capabilities and their related go-to-market strategies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing stacks and their evolution.
  • Ability to manage complex alliances with a diverse set of team members.
  • Familiarity with contracts and building legal agreements.

Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. For qualified new hires, we generally target the middle of this range.Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package.
