As the Traded Product Management Lead at Hiscox AG, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of the Traded insurance portfolio, setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class products. Responsibilities

  • Defining and prioritizing the product backlog and features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility

  • Managing the product launch and go-to-market activities, including developing product positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution strategies

  • Creating the product team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and coaching

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing product teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the small commercial insurance market, customer segments, competitors, trends, and opportunities
  • Exceptional skills in product visioning, strategy formulation, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align senior executives and stakeholders across the organization
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative methods to measure product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions that address customer pain points and create value
