This is an outstanding opportunity to combine your technical expertise, deep understanding of S2P, and exceptional presentation skills to drive significant impact! The role involves supporting data-driven decisions to optimize processes and communicating strategic recommendations. The focus is on making complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable.This role sits within the Global Procurement Office (GPO) and would report into the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, define, and clarify business requirementsTranslate stakeholder needs into efficient reports and dashboards that provide data-driven insightsLeverage datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metricsCreate quarterly business reviews and communicate them to the stakeholdersSupport and enhance the data infrastructure built using Workday Prism and Workday ReportingAbout YouBasic Qualifications7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence roles5+ years of hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, or similar3+ years of experience supporting a Procurement organizationBachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or a related fieldOther QualificationsAbility to comprehensively understand the Source-to-Pay processStrong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and business intelligence tools and techniquesAdvanced SQL & Python skills, with experience using SQL & Python to perform analysis, transform data, and build large-scale relational datasetsExperience with Workday tools & platforms is a plusMasterful storytelling abilitiesAbility to lead cross functional programs, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in reports & data analysis.Past experience working in Consulting services focusing on procurement or supply chainExperience in developing procurement-related machine learning models is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and exhibit digital dexterity in utilizing and learning new technologiesWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
