Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and supporting IT projects and project managers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks within a delivery organization

Preferred

  • Experience with tools such as Workfront or other multi-user PM tools or platforms, Jira/ServiceNow or other IT centric tools
  • Prior IT operations experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Banking, financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
