Technical Product Manager at a Leading High-Frequency Trading Firm

What You'll Do:

• Shape the Future of Trading Tools: Dive deep into the user experience and workflows of their Algo team to identify impactful new tools and improvements.
• Engage with Users: Gather requirements through surveys, conversations, feedback sessions, and automated reporting to anticipate the needs of their Algo Developers.
• Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with Software Engineers across Algo Trading, Technology, and R&D to set technical strategy and prioritize development work.
• Lead Long-term Planning: Take charge of their 2-year strategic plans for critical tooling and Algo-facing resources, ensuring their tools evolve to meet future needs.

What They're Looking For:

• Experience and Expertise:

• 3-5 years of product management experience in a highly technical environment.
• Strong foundation in software development, with substantial Python experience and familiarity with Linux command lines.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
