  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
  • Oversee and conduct room inspections.
  • Recruit, interview and train team members.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1 year of Assistant Manager level experience or higher in the housekeeping department of a full-service hotel.
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred.
  • Union team leadership experience preferred.
  • Spanish communication skills are a plus.

** ** The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 \- $75,000and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.

In this role, you will report into the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and oversee a team of approximately 85 team members\.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Assistant Manager level experience or higher in the housekeeping department of a full\-service hotel\. Luxury hotel experience and union team leadership experience strongly preferred\. Spanish communication skills are a big plus\!

**What will I be doing?**
