  • Must have weekend/holiday availability.

Devonshire is a luxurious 26-acre resort-style continuing care retirement community located on the grounds of prestigious PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We're part of a growing network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

Devonshire at PGA National is seeking to a Staff Development Manager who can lead effective strategies for training, development and retention of staff for our Dining Services Department. This position holds an essential role that works with current and future staff to mentor and monitor professional skills and development.

**How you will make an impact:**

+ Coordinate and facilitate dining new hires employee orientation.

+ Develop, coordinate and present dining skills training for service and sanitation.

+ Collaborate with community recruiter, support outreach efforts to source qualified applicants.

+ Oversee and ensures efficient hiring and onboarding process off all dining staff in conjunction with HR department.

+ Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $68,000 / annually
