The Merchandise Associate at Legends Hospitality is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for fans by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and accurately operating POS systems. Responsibilities

  • Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
  • Greet guests & ascertain their interest to make sales recommendations
  • Use POS systems with excellent accuracy
  • Clean, re-stock, and perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Present merchandise to increase sales with add-on items
  • Describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
  • Keep current on promotions & sales in store, and events at the speedway
  • Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts
  • Assist in inventory and perform inventory-related tasks
  • Increase knowledge of product, facility, and all events held at Daytona Pit Shop
  • Assist the Gift Shop set-up team with merchandising of event gift shops
  • Maintain cleanliness of shops & fixtures
  • Read & implement plan-o-grams
  • Assist in open & close procedures

  • Willingness to work extended hours on event days
  • Ability to work weekends & overtime as needed
  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience

  • Flexibility in Duties & responsibilities as needed in other areas
