Responsibilities
- Lead project governance processes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timing.
- Challenge project teams to collectively and efficiently manage project delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, success criteria, issues, risks, opportunities, and assumptions.
- Escalate issues and risks and drive to solutions.
- Evaluate and make recommendations around critical project decisions.
- Provide visibility and gain alignment to projects across the organization.
- Hold cross functional team members accountable for delivering tasks on time.
- Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, and trackers.
- Recommend enhancements, research, customer demand, and timing that will drive our product forward.
Qualifications
Required
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, a related field, or qualified experience.
- 8+ years of Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Project Management experience.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Project.
Preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.

Your Role:
As a Product Commercialization Manager, you will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering on new product development and product changes. You will play a vitally important role and will help to remove roadblocks and implement continuous improvements. We need you to have:
