  • Challenge project teams to collectively and efficiently manage project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, success criteria, issues, risks, opportunities, and assumptions.
  • Escalate issues and risks and drive to solutions.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations around critical project decisions.
  • Provide visibility and gain alignment to projects across the organization.
  • Hold cross functional team members accountable for delivering tasks on time.
  • Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, and trackers.
  • Recommend enhancements, research, customer demand, and timing that will drive our product forward.

Qualifications

Required

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, a related field, or qualified experience.
  • 8+ years of Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Project Management experience.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Project.

Preferred

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.

As a Product Commercialization Manager, you will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering on new product development and product changes. You will play a vitally important role and will help to remove roadblocks and implement continuous improvements.
