The Opportunity:

Graduate Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development (70%): Pitch our recruitment services to businesses, negotiate terms, understand client needs, and source suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Post job adverts, interview applicants, headhunt passive candidates, qualify candidates, pitch new roles, generate referrals, and manage multiple interview processes.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and action leads from all client and candidate interactions.
  • Market Mapping: Identify and partner with new businesses and candidates within your market.


Training and Development

Our bespoke “Ignition” training program spans 12 weeks and covers all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. You'll develop sales skills and market knowledge through classroom sessions and hands-on experience, preparing you to become an independent business development representative.


The Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary starting at $50,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped, no threshold commission and a guarantee of $10,000. Expected on target earning in year one is between $70,000 to $80,000.
