**Sodexo** has a great opportunity for an **Food Service Manager** for **Nicholls State University** , founded in 1948, is a public university located in **Thibodaux, Louisiana** . Nicholls is part of the University of Louisiana System of universities.

Nicholls State University is located 55 miles Southwest of New Orleans, Louisiana in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Nicholls State University has approximately 6,250 students and approximately 300 faculty and staff. Sodexo manages 6 cash operations, the student dining hall, concessions and catering on behalf of Nicholls State University. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all culinary operations and the ideal candidate will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional. + prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or

+ demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
