Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or other recreation-based field
- Three or more years' experience in recreation in a healthcare setting with knowledge of patient population served by the facility.
- Current NC LRT license
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work well with male and female adult (18+) patients with Chemical dependency and Mental Health disorders
- CPR and CPI certification (training offered onsite)
- Teamwork and excellent customer service
Preferred
- Previous experience working as a Recreation Therapist in a healthcare setting
- CTRS certification
