- Drywall repair and painting
- Procure bids from external contractors and manage project oversight
- Manage space planning, office moves, and refurbishments
- Monitor building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical
- Maintain projects within the facilities budget
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Prepare for and respond to emergencies, including fire, flood, and other incidents
- Plan and coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations and new construction
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience in facilities management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- Flooring install experience
- Drywall and Painting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software
Preferred
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM)
- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation

Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the physical infrastructure of our clinics and offices are well-maintained, safe, and operationally efficient.
