- Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy practice residency or 2 to 3 years of progressive hospital clinical pharmacy experience
- New hires have 2 years from date of hire to complete Board Certification in clinical pharmacy practice (e.g. Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy, BCPS)
- Immunizer Licensure as outlined by the NJ Board of Pharmacy
- New hires have one year from date of hire to receive Immunizer Licensure and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a PharmD and two to three years of previous work related experience as a clinical pharmacist, and/or completion of a pharmacy practice residency. Registered and Licensed in accordance to NJ Board of Pharmacy Requirements required. Work requires completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy practice residency or 2 to 3 years of progressive hospital clinical pharmacy experience.
