  • Monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong background in culinary arts, with experience in food preparation and menu development.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Ability to identify and address problems quickly and effectively, and to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with local health codes and regulations governing food service establishments.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English.
  • Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Preferred
