As a Therapist at Pressley Ridge, you will provide leadership in partnering with families and community members to address the therapeutic needs of a designated caseload of troubled children. Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services
- 1 year of experience working with children and/or families
- State Police clearance
- FBI clearance
- Child abuse clearance
- CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
Preferred
- Master's degree in Human Services

Position Summary
Provide leadership in partnering with families and appropriate others in the community to assure that the therapeutic needs of a designated caseload of troubled children are adequately addressed. In each case the Treatment Coordinator/Therapist will assure that the services delivered both to the target child/adolescent and to the family are individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven

+ Working Hours: A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis "on-call".
