Qualifications

Required

  • Management principles including leadership, motivation, supervision, and career development.
  • Sales techniques - knowledge of various techniques to develop customers and address customer concerns.
  • Ability to drive sales from plan to close.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and coach sales team to achieve significant and rapid sales and share gain.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage $10M+ in sales revenue.
  • Proficiency in Action Selling.
  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and the process of competitive bidding.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA/Master’s preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in air barriers and commercial waterproofing or installation.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director - Southeast Region located remotely, but target the Southeast US market.Job Summary:As the Regional Sales Director - Southeast Region you will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and market share of the commercial waterproofing and coatings. This is a remote, home based position.
