Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 8-9 years’ experience in the data analytics industry.
  • 6+ years of experience in a Data Science (or similar) position.
  • Strong technical command of tools and languages used to build the AI/ML Ops Platform (Python, Azure, ADO Pipelines, PowerShell, Terraform, Kubernetes, Databricks jobs, MLFlow).
  • Successfully led the delivery of multiple stable releases in ML and AI domain.
  • Deep knowledge of the end-to-end development cycle for ML and AI products.
  • Experience developing and nurturing package/dependency management and testing frameworks.

Preferred

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience in the insurance field.

You will apply your creativity to enhance our architectures and ensure best practices are followed to improve our ML Ops platform. A Master's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields is preferred.Experience: A minimum of 8-9 years’ experience in the data analytics industry. 6+ years of experience in a Data Science (or similar) position.Strong technical command of the tools and languages used to build the AI/ML Ops Platform (Python, Azure, ADO Pipelines, PowerShell, Terraform, Kubernetes, Databricks jobs, MLFlow). Experience ideating and driving enhancements that simplify, modernize, and standardize the deployments.Experience developing and nurturing package/dependency management (i.e. Poetry) and testing frameworks (i.e. Pytest, PyLint)Knowledge of relational database management systems (Azure SQL, Databricks). Unstructured data storage (text and images) knowledge is preferred but not required.Experience guiding, coaching, mentoring technical peers.
