- Experience with technical writing to create process documents, training, and formal documentation for compliance/audits.
Preferred
- Experience with troubleshooting Federation Logs
- Knowledge of Ping Identity Products (i.e. PingFederate, PingOne, PingID, PingAccess).
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or an Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance
- Knowledge of compliance regulations including, but not limited to, CMMC and FedRAMP.
- Agile and waterfall project methodology knowledge.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages including PowerShell, JavaScript, Python.
- Knowledge of Multifactor Authentication (MFA) solutions as well as passwordless.
- General Networking Knowledge of large-scale global environments (LAN, WAN, etc.)
- Knowledge of Exostar
- Azure/Entra ID, Entra Enterprise application configuration
- 2 years of experience with Federation (single sign on) application implementation

The candidate will apply their experience as an IT professional to support systems infrastructure, hardware, and software, including analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, upgrades and day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing federation services for on premise and cloud environments. You will work with application owners to extend our single sign on solution to new and existing applications, and work with SMEs, engineers and customers; provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. Job is open to remote workers.
Skills Preferred:
Linux administration, installing java and applications on a Linux host.
Windows server administration
Active Directory administration
Critical thinking and brainstorming skills
Knowledge of SAML, WS-Federation, and OAuth

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $73350 - $124740
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
