**Unit Description**

**Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment** has an exciting opening for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to support the team at our **American Express Centurion Lounge at Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, GA.** We are looking for a manager with prior culinary supervisory/management skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge. The lounge will offer top--tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to it's elite guests. Position reports to the Executive Chef.

**The successful candidate will:**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;
