Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Dispatcher to join our team at GEM in Naperville, Illinois. **Responsibilities**

+ Efficiently operate communication equipment to communicate to drivers and GEM locations in need of service

+ Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service program

+ Operate GPS equipment to track locations of GEM mobile personnel, inputting data into the dispatch report in accordance with procedures

+ Effective communication with management regarding service issues and break downs

**Qualifications**

+ Effective written and oral communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, data base activity, and keyboarding

+ Capacity to work a flexible schedule

+ No high school diploma or GED required

**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to focus and understand GPS monitoring maps for extended periods of time, sitting with breaks for the duration of shift, typically 8 hours

+ Ability to work with others in limited space capacity

+ Adequate vision capabilities
