Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of business development experience working within the merchandise function
  • 4+ years of experience leading and coaching teams

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with Target, Walmart, Amazon or similar retailers, including system, reports and structural knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain relationships
  • Action and detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities
  • Initiative and quick to solve challenges and obstacles
  • Pride in doing awesome work
  • Thrives in undefined situations

The Job:

As a Director of Sales & Business Development you will:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
