  • Collaborate with IT teams to address network requirements, Wi-Fi access, and technical support for attendees and presenters.
  • Implement event security measures, data protection protocols, and compliance with privacy regulations to safeguard sensitive information during events.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field; or 5+ years of event coordination experience with a focus on telecommunications and fiber services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
