Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
  • At least 7 years of SAP experience in Service Management (SM)/Customer Service (CS)
  • Advanced knowledge on Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing
  • Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service
  • Worked on revenue recognition
  • Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing
  • Repair order process
  • Customer service master data knowledge
  • Knowledge on Idocs - setup of partner profile, creating segments, testing idocs
  • Worked on Interfaces with both SAP and non SAP systems
  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP projects, including experience in full-life cycle implementation projects in SAP SM/CS
  • Experience with SAP enhancement technologies including user exits, BADIs, IDOCs, BAPIs
  • Strong process knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Repairs and Service Notifications, Warranty and Contracts
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP codes
  • Hands-on project experience of similar nature, working in multi-system integrated environment, involving technical enhancements to SAP
  • Writing of functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces
  • Experience with intercompany postings and pro forma invoices
  • Knowledge of SAP iDocs for order induction and Integration with other SAP modules

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously

This position is a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Basic Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Location for this position is Austin, TX.
