  • Ensure that product level pricing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives, portfolio packaging strategies, and market trends.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including pricing and packaging strategies of key competitors.
  • Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies that enhance Relativity’s market positioning and drive revenue growth.
  • Represent Relativity’s competitive positioning relative to price and value to other parts of the organization to inform GTM and product strategy.
  • Partner with and serve as a subject matter expert for operational teams to execute commercialization strategies effectively.
  • Ensure field teams understand the strategy behind commercialization strategies and have the tools and messaging to communicate to customers.

In addition to managing a small team of dedicated analyst(s), this person will lead cross-functional groups including product marketing leads, product management leads, finance and operational teams to develop and put forth business cases and recommendations, and they will interface closely with the executive team to facilitate decision making on highly impactful product and packaging initiatives. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $233,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
