  • Operate and oversee all airports, campus and remote offices, contact centers, Cloud, and 3rd party network connectivity, and their associated architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor relationships
  • Lead and develop a large team of world class operational talent focused on networking at true enterprise scale
  • Operate as a thought leader internally and externally as we educate on next-generation networking
  • Work with senior leadership across cybersecurity, end user enablement, and various business groups across the airline
  • Recruit and lead from the core of our Operational Excellence culture, with diversity, inclusion, and belonging at the center
  • Continue to evolve to software defined network
  • Focus on secure access and software defined network connectivity, application services, network automation / orchestration, and integration with the public cloud and SaaS

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years of experience leading network teams at scale
  • 5+ years of experience working in or adjacent to a cloud environment
  • 7+ years of experience in network engineering
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Excellent strategic communications and influence skills with a passion for enablement
  • Experience hiring, managing and growing diverse teams in multiple disparate physical locations
  • Excellent track record of vendor management at large scale
