Qualifications
Required
- Two or more years of prior warehouse experience
- Computer proficiency
- One year of prior management experience
- Ability to work at a desk
- Ability to frequently visit the Supply Warehouse
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 25+ pounds with assistance
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

As a Supply Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to directly supervise the Supply Team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Including interviewing, hiring, providing feedback and training employees; planning, assigning, directing work, rewarding, and disciplining employees. As well as developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. Create and maintain relationships with divisional management to maximize Supply service and utilization. Receive labor requests and distribute work to Supply Leads accordingly. The anticipated salary range is $26 - $34 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
