  • Maintain and securely store compliance, legal, licensure, and accreditation documents using digital tools

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years Healthcare contracting experience
  • Knowledge of contracting, legal, and healthcare industry areas
  • Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and state and federal laws, including anti-trust statutes, anti-kickback statutes, anti-bribery laws, Stark law, and HIPAA
  • Proficient in total contract management, fair market and commercial reasonableness valuations, and utilizing contract databases
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting while upholding high standards of accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and contract administration abilities

  • Experience working with third-party vendors

A New York City healthcare network is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Contracts Administrator. In this role, the Contracts Administrator will report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner with leadership playing a key role in process improvement solutions that enhance accountability and effective Management of the organization's contract operations.
