Position Overview:

As the General Manager of Sunday Motor Co.’s West Palm Beach location, you’ll be the driving force behind our operation. We’re seeking someone with a humble confidence, a sharp eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, and ensuring that every guest who walks through our doors has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, inspire, and manage a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards.

- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.

- Cultivate a welcoming and dynamic environment for both guests and team members.

- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and enhanced guest experiences.

- Engage with the local community to build strong relationships and promote the Sunday Motor Co. brand.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality and/or retail industry.
