The Coordinator at KH will have full knowledge of Anhydrous Ammonia, boiler, and gas systems operations, as well as OSHA and government regulatory recording and reporting processes. This role is critical within the Continuous Improvement group, acting as a change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination, throughput optimization, and OEE improvement across the organization. The position involves leading and executing Root Cause Failure Analyses, executing Continuous Improvement projects, and maintaining safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze data using AI (OEE), SAP, Excel, and/or Minitab.
  • Create pivot tables, macros, formulas, statistical analysis, charting in Excel.
  • Produce reports, charts, and graphs to identify opportunities and track progress.
  • Lead and Execute Root Cause failure Analyses.
  • Execute Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Assist CI Manager with organization of CI project activities.
  • Participate or Lead operational meetings as a team member.
  • Facilitate ion of work standardization of production routines through One Point Lessons and training.
  • Auditing and tracking of CI tools, including Oscar boards, RCFAs, AI, 5S.
  • Execute Client Management.
  • Maintain safety and quality awareness of team around line or process machinery.
  • Maintain a clean work area, adhere to all GMP’s and safety policies.
  • Help to motivate line personnel.
  • Instill a continuous improvement mindset in all employees.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical function (Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Proficiency in dimensional analysis and statistics.
  • Computer literacy, teambuilding, multi-tasking, prioritizing, problem assessment/troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Ability to teach others and initiate change.
  • Initiative, quality orientation/attention to detail, safety awareness, teamwork/collaboration, adaptability.

DESCRIPTION:

The PSM coordinator at KH will be required to have full working knowledge of Anhydrous Ammonia, boiler, and gas systems operations, as well as OSHA and government regulatory recording and reporting processes

JOB CERTIFICATION:
This job requires certification that employee has the skill and ability to perform the job duties as detailed below Employee will be provided training as outlined in the training section of this document Employee will then be required to complete the essential tasks of the job without assistance This employee will be a critical member within the Continuous Improvement group acting as a change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination, throughput optimization and OEE improvement across the organization using KHMS methods, such as DDS, LSW, VSM, Kaizen, etc to drive improvements on all key performance indicators, including but not limited to safety, quality, service, and cost This position will also be focused on initiating and executing the RCFA process THIS IS AN INTERVIEW POSITION, RESUME REQUIRED A TARGETED SELECTION INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS IN ORDER OF SENIORITY ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Other duties may be assigned

Responsible for compliance with the safety policy and accident prevention and compliance programs
Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards, injuries/illnesses, and other losses to supervisors MORALE
Help to motivate line personnel Motivate production associates at all levels
Instill a continuous improvement mindset in all employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
